Project introduction

After finished the site inspection of the sewage treatment plant in the Dezhou Economic Development Zone,RAETTS sales engineer learned that the customer used 2sets of 132kw Roots blowers before the transformation. After site survey and investigation of previous operation data,1set of EXPL200-08K, 150kW RAETTS air suspension bearing blower was selected to replace the original 2sets of 132KW traditional Roots blowers.
During the commissioning and operation, we found that the power of the RAETTS air bearing blower only runs to 140kw, which will fully satisfy the customer’s on-site sewage aeration effect. During the commissioning and operation of the renovation project, the RAETTS air blowers perfectly achieved energy saving and Noise reducing effect, power saving rate of 30%.

After the installation, the technicians carried out equipment debugging and operation. The data showed that when the RAETTS air suspension blower was running to 140kw, the aeration effect that the customer wanted had been achieved, and the noise fully complied with the environmental protection standard. After that,RAETTS technique staff conducted technical operation training for the personnel in charge.RAETTS air bearing blower can be started and stopped with one touch on a mobile phone, which is very convenient and does not require personnel to be on duty like traditional blowers.
