WORK PRINCIPLE

RAETTS air suspension bearing blower is a kind of centrifugal blower in which the air will generate a dynamic pressure effect between the rotor and the foil bearing surface under the high-speed rotation of the blower rotor, forming a high-pressure air film to float the rotor. Since the air bearing blower is adopting oil-free passive air suspension bearing, there is no oil lubrication required.The structure is simple and precise.
RAETTS air bearing turbo blower is a product extended from the technology of the aircraft turbine engine. Its main core technologies are air suspension bearing technology, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and its control technology. The air suspension bearing uses air as the working medium, the elastic flat foil (top foil) as the supporting surface, and the elastic wave foil (wave foil) as the supporting member.

Magnetic suspension bearing

Independent R&D and production, meeting the requirement of falling more than 10 times at full speed. The bearing no physical contact and no friction. The coil has good dust-proof and anti-aging effect, which can avoid accidents caused by dampness and aging of the wiring diagram.

Ternary flow impeller technology

Use ternary flow theory to avoid blade flow separation, reduce flow loss, ensure the smooth flow of air, uniform transmission, and ensure the best flow and efficiency.

Maglev bearing controller

High reliability, high stability, self-identification, self-calibration and adjustment, without manual intervention, avoiding downtime and other risks.

PLC communication system

Built-in remote control communication function, support RS485/RS232/THERNET. All wiring is clear, and easy maintenance.

Efficient cooling system

The motor using air cooling and interstage cooling, two completely independent cooling circulation systems, with better and stable cooling effect.

RAETTS maglev turbo compressor with active levitation magnetic bearing, which can keep the compressor rotor in the best position. The frequency conversion technology realizes the low current start-up of the compressor and intelligent adjustment of all working conditions. The application of permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-efficiency three-element ternary flow impeller realizes the advantages of high efficiency, small volume and light weight of the whole machine.

Compared to traditional air compressor, RAETTS maglev turbo compressor has no speed increase gear and no lubricating oil required, small vibration, low noise, and can save energy than 20%.
